Trader Spotlight: Yolux

Located at 350 High Street, Yolux is the frozen yoghurt bar redefining the dessert scene.

Founded by siblings Stephanie, Michael and Paul Yolux is a true family and friends project. Stephanie runs a beauty salon by day, her brother runs a plumbing business (and built the stunning fit-out himself), and together with their hospitality-savvy partner Paul, they created something Northcote didn’t have — a bougie, Instagram-worthy frozen yoghurt space.

Yolux is sleek and elevated — designed for date nights, post-dinner desserts and late-night catch-ups as well as after school treats for the kids. It’s self-serve, meaning you control how much you indulge — from health-conscious original tart with fruit and house-made granola, to fully loaded Biscoff, pistachio and Nutella creations.

Many toppings are made in-house (collagen protein granola and Dubai cake), with Italian-sourced yoghurt and rotating sugar-free, collagen and protein options for those wanting a healthier treat. They’ve even launched a shareable dessert box — perfect for birthdays, work events or a sweet surprise.

Born and raised around High Street, the team chose Northcote intentionally. They know the street, love the diversity and wanted to create something that adds to the vibe. For them, being part of Northcote Rise isn’t just business — it’s personal.
