Owner Ahmad Alalaea infuses his dishes with unique spices sourced directly from Palestine, traveling regularly to Jordan to bring these authentic flavours to Northcote. The care and love he puts into his wholly vegan menu are evident in every bite, making it a perfect match for the environmentally-conscious, vegan-friendly Northcote Rise community.
