With 17 years in hospitality, Mary understands the power of food and connection. She opened Daily Dose in November 2023 after stumbling upon the shop by chance — and hasn’t looked back. Everything is made fresh in-house, with thoughtful care.Daily Dose also caters everything from office lunches to birthdays.

Mary’s favourite part of the job? Watching customers build their dream sandwich — or trusting her to whip up something special. She’s also the friendly face feeding the centre’s older regulars, helping to keep the community spirit alive with every bite. Her food is honest, hearty, and full of flavour.
