Part of a growing family-owned brand founded by Andy and his wife Camille, Bianco Latte first opened in Elwood in 2017, expanded to Northcote in 2023 and later Yarraville the same year. With four kids and a big passion for Italian food culture, the couple set out to recreate the feeling of a sunny Sicilian afternoon — where families gather, gelato is a ritual, and life slows down just enough to savour the moment.

Everything is made in-house, from traditional Italian gelato and sorbetto to freshly crafted cannoli shells, decadent gelato cakes and their famous rich Italian hot chocolate. One standout favourite? Ferrero gelato — a crowd-pleaser that keeps customers coming back for more.

@biancolattemelbourne serves cones, cups, takeaway tubs and BYO containers, making it easy to enjoy however you like. With a rotating team of 6–8 staff at the Northcote store, summer brings buzzing energy and long lines of happy locals.
